Notification of Adulterated Cannabis Goods: Action Required - Per DCC Notification Below Reasons For Recall

4 batches of cannabis goods are adulterated, pursuant to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 4, section 17226(a).

The Department has evidence that the methods and controls used for the manufacturing and packaging of the 4 batches identified in Table A, below, do not meet the requirements established in California Code of Regulations (CCR), title 4, sections 17301, 17214, and 17215.

The PQP does not clearly identify the hazards present throughout the manufacturing process, or the ingredients used, as required pursuant to CCR, title 4, section 17214.

The MMP does not provide the formulation of the product, and the ingredients listed on the product packaging do not match the MMP, or the ingredients recorded on the BPR, as required pursuant to CCR, title 4, section 17215.

Accurate servings are not readily identifiable on the packaging, and the packaged product is not homogenous, as required by CCR, title 4, section 17301 (b) and (c), Additional Requirements for Edible Cannabis Products.

All cannabis and cannabis products subject to the recall may be destroyed in place or returned to Full Spectrum Group, Inc. (DCC-10004694), pursuant to California Code of Regulations, title 4, sections 15052 and 17226. Please reply to this email with any questions or further instructions.
